Dr Louise Jeffrey (TCM)

Dr Louise Jeffrey is a Senior practitioner at the Alexandria and Westmead Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinics. Louise has been both a practitioner, as well as Marketing Manager at The Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinic since 2010. She received her Licentiate in Acupuncture and Bachelors of Health Science in Acupuncture from the University of Portsmouth, UK in 2008. Since then she has been in practice in Sydney, Australia.

Currently she divides her time between her own busy practice on the North Shore and our Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinics. Louise has a wealth of knowledge surrounding Natural Fertility, IVF Support, Preconception Care, Pregnancy-related care, Anxiety and Mental Health Issues, Sleep Disorders, Headaches, Pain Management, General Health and Wellbeing.

Louise is also a certified Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, who believes strongly in the mind-body connection.
Over the years she has also run many workshops, spoken on community radio about the power of mind in reaching optimal health and is the author of “Stop Overthinking”.

She has a strong desire to ensure that all individuals in need have access to simple, practical tools that will improve and enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.

Louise lives in Sydney with her husband, three boys and two cocker spaniels. She loves to bush walk, swim in the ocean, and practice meditation.

She is known for her very practical, yet caring and empathetic approach.
