Amrit Dean is a dedicated Chinese Medicine Practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbalism and a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist at The Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinic. She focuses on women’s health, addressing menstrual cycle regulation, and hormone balancing for PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause. She also supports immune function, digestion, sleep, mental health, and pain management.
Amrit’s acupuncture treatments include massage strokes and acupressure, combined with guided breathing to create a deeply relaxing and effective experience. She provides integrated massage and acupuncture sessions with a nurturing approach.
With over 15 years of experience in pregnancy massage and reflexology, Amrit offers comprehensive pre and post-natal care, ensuring both mother and baby are in safe hands. Her evidence-based treatments for fertility and pregnancy are designed to calm and relax.
Amrit completed her health science degree at the University of Technology Sydney and furthered her education with an internship in China, where she experienced the integration of Chinese and Western medicine. This holistic approach allows her to address multiple health concerns in one treatment plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
Her healthcare career began 20 years ago, assisting with physiotherapy rehabilitation. Amrit is passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and enjoys teaching patients how to incorporate it into their daily lives. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, cooking, and integrating herbalism into everyday life with a relaxing cup of tea.
